Located in the heart of Kansas City’s best upscale shopping at Country Club Plaza, The Fontaine is a sophisticated, new hotel decorated with a gleaming marble floor, intricately carved wood paneling, playful Renaissance artwork on the walls and hand-blown Venetian glass chandeliers. At the bar, guests will find the Blow Your Horn cocktail made with oyster-infused lillet blanc, cappelletti Aperitivo Americano, tequila and orange and black bitter-infused mezcal.

They Sea Me Roe-Lin at KYU, Miami

KYU is a wood-fired Asian inspired restaurant opened its doors, featuring a diverse menu and a conscious commitment to green practices. Wabi-sabi, “the art of finding perfection in something imperfect” is the beautiful Japanese mindset that emulates throughout the heart and soul of KYU.
