Pumpkin Spice Spiked Coffee at Bar Figueroa
At the newly restored historic Hotel Figueroa in Downtown Los Angeles, Beverage Director Michael Horan is serving up the Pumpkin Spice Spiked Coffee at Bar Figueroa made with a double shot of Luxxe Coffee Espresso, shaken with Absolut Elyx Handcrafted Vodka and cinnamon simple syrup, then strained over fresh Ice with a float of Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice, Fresh House Made Whipped Cream, and dusted with Nutmeg.
“The inspiration from this cocktail came from my love for the changing of seasons and flavors associated with this time of year,” says Horan. “The freshly ground Nutmeg hits your nose with hints of vanilla escaping from the house-made whipped cream, really coming together as you take that first sip from the glass. When it is accompanied with a nice blend or espresso, quality vodka, and pumpkin spice liquor it makes for a wonderful experience. This is a perfect substitute for dessert if you are in the mood for a Pumpkin Spice nightcap.”

Pumpkin Spice Sour at Norah
This fall season, skip the latte and order the Pumpkin Spice Spice Norah. The cozy cocktail is made with bourbon, lemon juice homemade pumpkin spice syrup, egg white and topped with pumpkin spice.

Parched Pig Pumpkin Ale on Carnival Cruise Line

Near UCLA, Rocco’s Westwood is serving up the Pumpkin Paradise. This fall’s spin on the classic Painkiller cocktail adds creamy pumpkin and nutty notes to make this tropical drink a decadent fall dream. It’s made with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, Zaya Gran Reserva Rum, pumpkin purée, cream of coconut, orange juice, pineapple juice, pumpkin cream of coconut mix, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar to taste, powdered pumpkin spice and garnished with pineapple leaves.
