Shade Hotel Manhattan Beach
The Shade Hotel is teaming up with FTK Social Club for its first pool party of the season. So grab your friends and soak up the sun on their rooftop skydeck for a party with a view. There will be a prize wheel with proceeds that benefit Walk With Sally, a bubbly bar, live DJ and good times all around. $20 Cover (for non FTK Social Club Members). Saturday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Memorial Day weekend officially kicks off bikini season at modern oceanfront property Marina del Rey Hotel! Their Sunday Boat House Party series starts up again this weekend where guests can hang poolside in one of the luxury cabanas and soak up the rays with marina views with, tunes from guest DJs. Best yet, visitors and locals alike (21+) are welcome at no cover charge. Dine off the specialty pool menu from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and enjoy favorites like the Bucket of Chicken or the English Fish and Chips, both of which include the option to “make it grown-up style” by adding a bucket of bottled beers. Looking for something lighter, try the Little Gem Caesar or an order of Oysters on the Half Shell. Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Private cabanas are available if you want to go all out too. Party too hard? Crash for the night then wake up for their Monday Hangover Brunch at Viviane Restaurant from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Come chill by the pool at The Standard Hollywood with cocktails and beats on Memorial Day. DJs Derek Monteiro and Lina Bradford will take the decks while host Billy Francesca will keep the party going all afternoon. There is no cover, but you know there is going to be a line so get there early or reserve bottle service to live your best life. Monday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
