To recover on New Year’s Day, Viviane, inside the Avalon Beverly Hills, will offer guests a poolside Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary bar to ease the inevitable hangover. Viviane will also offer a grand buffet for $55 a person instead of their typical brunch menu, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
