Alameda Supper Club The Manufactory LA Debuts New Cocktail Club

Alameda Supper Club at downtown L.A.’s The Manufactory LA has debuted its brand new outdoor cocktail club, Alameda Cocktail Club.

Imbibers can indulge in a refreshing new cocktail program, designed by the all-star beverage team of Nick Meyer, Julian Cox, & CJ Catalano, along with a small menu of light bites, designed to be shared and enjoyed al fresco. Adjacent to the outdoor restaurant space which features a generous 20-person pergola, the new outdoor bar space houses seating for 16 people at the tables by the bar alongside 12-stool bar seating.

The beverage team at Alameda Supper Club – which opened on April 4th – use state of the art techniques and the freshest local ingredients to bring a fun and unique culinary drinking experience to L.A. Guests can order fresh new cocktails, including The Giuseppe made with grappa, italicus rosolio, verjus and prosecco, the Rhu Tang made with clarified rhubarb, vodka, lime, zucca and rosé and the Cel Me This Pen made with celery kombucha, bourbon, falernum and lemon.

Other cocktails include the Celine Dijon made with pineapple mostarda, tequila reposado and lillet blanc, the Romance Language made with mole, mezcal, citrus, finochietto and averna and the Barley Legal made with fermented barley and single malt whiskies.

Guests can also order beer or a selection of wine, including Sparkling, White, Pink, and Red. Snacks will include Mantequilla Olives, Spiced Nuts, Housemade Potato Chips, Eggplant Slab Sandwich, and Turkey Slab Sandwich, with fermented chili mayo and pickled cucumbers.
