Behold: A Ranking of America's Drunkest States

With the weekend coming up, we are back in drinking mode. OK, fine, we are always in drinking mode. But still: haven’t you ever wondered which states drink the most?

We were actually pretty surprised with the results. Here, we present America’s Drunkest States.

As you can see in the diagram above, over 65% of adults living in Wisconsin have had at least one alcoholic beverage in the past 30 days. Having all those breweries around certainly ups the temptation factor.

Utah had the lowest percentage at 29% but you shouldn’t feel too bad for its residents — they’ve still got that whole multiple wives thing going for them.

Somehow, NYC didn’t break the Top 10. Considering all of the drinking we do, that came as a shock. Time to get drinking…

Wisconsin tops yet another list: binge drinking. I guess when you’re stuck with miserable weather, there’s only one thing to do – get sloshes till it warms up.
