Love craft beer but don’t feel like getting off the couch? Astoria gastropub Snowdonia has got you covered by bringing growlers of draft beers and canned brews right to thirsty customers.
Snowdonia has teamed up with Delivery.com, offering draft beers in 64 oz. growlers for $24 or $29, including a $5 deposit fee that is refunded when customers return the growler either to the bar or to the delivery person with their next order.
“I don’t know why more people don’t do it,” Matthew Callahan, the bar’s marketing director, told DNA Info. “If we can get the rest of our life delivered to us, why can’t we get our draft beer delivered to us?”
In addition to suds, customers can also order Snowdonia’s pub grub including Bangers and Mash, burgers and pork belly sliders.
