Beaker & Gray is The Best Restaurant Bar in Miami’s Wynwood ‘Hood

After checking out the street art in the Wynwood Art District, a neighborhood in Miami, head to Beaker & Gray. Just two years old, the rustic, yet elegant, hotspot is the creation of the talented co-owners, Executive Chef Brian Nasajon and Bar Manager Ben Potts.

To complement Nasajon’s excellent cuisine, Potts uses fresh ingredients, house-made products, and an eclectic selection of back-bar spirits to create superb cocktails. Ben’s expertise in crafting cocktails caught the attention of Tales of the Cocktail, which, as the world’s premier cocktail festival, nominated Beaker & Gray as one of the top ten ‘Best American Restaurant Bars’ of 2017.

This zesty and fruity cocktail is made with Stolichnaya Vodka, Cocchi Americano Rosa, ginger, strawberry  and mint, and served tall over crushed ice.

Fill in the Blanc

For this richly flavored and indulgent bottled cocktail, Remy 1738 Cognac, Pineau des Charentes (French aperitif) & Chardonnay wine are combined, chilled, then charged with carbon dioxide to produce an effervescent cocktail.  As a tableside presentation, the bottled cocktail is poured over a sugar cube inside a champagne flute.

Hungry? Enjoy your drinks with Beaker & Gray’s delicious appetizers, such as the must-have Spanish Octopus – coconut, watermelon, and cilantro, and the aromatic Pork Ribs – hoisin, anise, and farofa. Better yet, extend your cocktail visit, and stay for dinner and dessert!
