Drink This Now: Bobby Burns Cocktail WIth Bruichladdich For Burns Night

In celebration of Burns Night, we are toasting up a Bobby Burns cocktail with Bruichladdich and Collectif 1806.  Examining the history of the cocktail, its origins are not tied to the great Scottish poet Robert Burns, but it has become the honorary drink of the celebration in his honor every January 25th. Like many cocktails, it is a bit tricky to pinpoint the the exact origin of the cocktail, although Difford’s Guide does a very good job digging in to the history.

For Burns Night on January 25, Collectif 1806 and Bruichladdich invite you to enjoy the celebration with their Bobby Burns cocktail that can be made with either Bruichladdich Classic Laddie or Port Charlotte 10, sweet vermouth and Bénédictine.

Join us for a special virtual Burns Night Literary Showcase with performances from some of our industry’s wordsmith talents   – RSVP HERE.
