Bootie Call at Bagatelle Miami Beach

Looking for a Bootie Call? Look no further than the cheekily named cocktail at Miami Beach’s Bagatelle, a boozy yet delicious drink made with fresh watermelon, vodka, elderflower liqueur, rosemary, lemon and honey.

“The inspiration behind The Bootie Call comes from the fresh ingredients and the bonding of fresh watermelon with the rosemary leaves and fresh lemon juice,” explains Daniel Najarro, Bar Manager at Bagatelle Miami Beach. “It’s refreshing and the light nature of the drink makes it one you can sip all night.”

The name certainly makes the drink a bit more interesting, too, he admits.

“I love watching the look on customers’ faces when they order it for the first time,” admits Najarro. “The name is a bit tongue-in-cheek – but once they’ve tasted one, they always come back for more!”
