Desert Daisy

Thyme Traveler

Refreshing, aromatic and potent; Bombay Sapphire Gin, Thai Chili-Infused Elderflower Liqueur, Cucumber, Lemon, and Thyme.  Garnished with a cucumber ribbon and sprigs of fresh thyme.

Stubborn Seed Old Fashioned

Sharp and intense; Jojo Tea-infused Redemption Rye Whiskey, Winter Spices, and Citrus Aromas.  Served on a tray with small, amber-colored dropper-style bottles of housemade bitters and simple syrup to add according to taste.

Pair with Mezcal & Citrus Cured Salmon or Smoked Tennessee Pork Belly served with crispy farm eggs.  Whatever dishes you choose, be sure to indulge in Pastry Chef Dallas Wynne’s breads – like her Cracked Black Pepper Buttermilk Biscuits served with sweet onion jam, or her desserts – such as warm Snicker Doodle Cookies filled with Valrhona Gianduja chocolate.

Stubborn Seed recently added a bottomless component to their  Sunday Brunch menu, unlimited mimosas and champagne, ($25 pp).
