Drink This Now: Social Butterfly at Cecconi’s Dumbo

It’s that time of year when leaves start to fall, days grow shorter and nights start to cool off in preparation for winter. And, now that fall is in full swing, It’s time to move away from intense fizz and opt for something a little smoother to transition you through to the cooler months, and the Social Butterfly cocktail at Cecconi’s Dumbo in Brooklyn is not to be missed.

Made with a flavorful combination of wine, Aperol, Campari, Mancino Rosso and Martini Dry, it’s the perfect low-ABV sip to ease into those chilly-but-not-too-cold nights.

Bar Manager Alex Smith tells thirsty, “This low ABV variation on the Negroni utilizes our famous Lady A rose as the base. The typical bitter and vermouth base is split four ways by a combination of bitter and floral flavors. The mix is then force carbonated and bottled to create a delightfully bubbly sbagliato that will please any palate. Available by the glass or in 750ml bottle.”
