On February 22nd, we toast up one of the most beloved classics of all time with a special National Margarita Day event. Join Cointreau and Collectif 1806 this Monday, February 22nd at 6pm EST/5pm CST for a National Margarita Day webinar featuring leadership from the Independent Restaurant Coalition.
This year, Cointreau and Collectif 1806 are using the occasion to honor the industry with a super important webinar with the IRC’s Erika Polmar and Neal Bodenheimer discuss the Restaurants Act currently being reintroduced to Congress. Of course, we will also be shaking up some original Margaritas with our favorite Collectif 1806 friends, that’s who!
With the entire hospitality industry suffering due to the pandemic, independent restaurants and bars have been some of the most hard hit in the industry. Cointreau’s commitment was recently demonstrated on one of the world’s biggest stages with the launch of their ‘Love Letter’ campaign during that big football game that happens every year. And while we are celebrating once again with National Margarita Day, Cointreau would like to take the occasion and dedicate it to the IRC and host a discussion around what is happening in our industry and how we can all be active participants in ensuring our industry receives the relief that is needed to survive and once again thrive together.
The Original Margarita recipe + preparation
