Malibu Canyon’s Saddle Peak Lodge, which thankfully survived the recent devastating wildfires, will host its annual four-course holiday dinner from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring a special menu created by Chef Adam Horton. Dinner starts with the choice of a Pear & Endive Salad, Tartare of Buffalo and Roasted Baby Beets. Second course includes a Wild Mushroom “Sandwich”, Roasted Butternut Squash Soup or Grilled Quail. Main dish menu items include Roasted Mary’s Free Range Turkey Plate, New Zealand Elk Tenderloin, Crispy Skin Mediterranean Sea Bass and Braised Wagyu Beef Shortribs.
