If you haven’t yet tried a cognac cocktail, it’s time. And the Cherry Blossom at Brickell hotspot Komodo is the perfect place to start.
Made with a sweet and boozy blend of cognac, yuzu, grapefruit and orange juices, agave and cherry liqueur, the Cherry Blossom is just as delicious as it sounds.
Cherry Blossom recipe and preparation
- 2 oz. Hennessey Vs cognac
- 1 oz. Yuzu
- .75 oz. grapefruit juice
- .75 oz. orange juice
- .5 oz. agave
- .5 oz. Berentzen cherry liqueur
Add all ingredients in shaker; shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass. Add clean ice, top with crush ice. Garnish with 1 cherry.
