What to Sip at Fiola Miami, the New Outpost of the Michelin-Starred DC Restaurant

The chic, yet unpretentious, Fiola Miami ristoranté and bar is a recent addition to the Coral Gables area and a new location of the Michelin-starred Fiola in Washington, D.C. from restaurateurs Fabio and Maria Trabocchi.  The contemporary Italian restaurant showcases ‘the Fiola’ dining experience -with its warm and professional hospitality, award-winning food and exceptional beverage program.


The restaurant’s bar program offers hand-crafted cocktails made with spirits from the Bacardi portfolio, including Patrón, Grey Goose, and Bombay, a wine cellar with 8,000 plus-bottles, and a selection of cigars.

You may have wandered over to the bar and lounge to wait for a table at the already very popular restaurant.  However, one drink order in from the professional bar staff, and you will discover that Fiola Miami is also a fabulous cocktail destination.


You can enjoy the menu here as well, such as the Ancona Signature Seafood Platter, or signature dishes like the Lobster Ravioli with Ginger and Chives and Bucatini with Red Prawns and Sea Urchin.

For dessert, indulge in the Beignet of Dulce de Leche with guava compote, served alongside a Horchata milkshake, or the Sicilian Persimmon Cassata – a Bacardi rum-soaked sponge cake served with almond sorbet.


Or toast the end of the evening with the sweet, spicy and creamy Sueño Cubano cocktail – shaken with Bacardi Silver & Bacardi 8 year old Rum, Pineapple, Cumin, Coconut Foam, and garnished with freshly grated Nutmeg.
