Where There Is Smoke There Is Fire
This seriously smokin’ hot cocktail is mixed with Xicaru Mezcal, Lime, Serrano Pepper, Blood Orange, and Raw Sugar, and served on the rocks garnished with a macerated blood orange wheel.
Dance With Me
A herbilicious drink made with Leblon Cachacas, Lime, Cucumber, Parsley, and Serrano Cocktail Spice, and served on the rocks.
Rosey Cheeks
This blush-colored and exotic cocktail is mixed with Avion Silver Tequila, Rosemary, Lemon, Yuzu Bitters, Rose Water, and Hibiscus-Dandelion Root Syrup, and served over crushed ice.
Irish With A Cause
Jameson Irish Whiskey, Cinzano Sweet Vermouth, Port, and Barrel Aged Whiskey Bitters, and served in a coupe glass, (above, center).
Mum’s The Word
Glenlivet Founders Reserve Whisky, Lemon Syrup, Lavender Water, and Lemon Bitter, and served in a rocks glass. (above, left)
The Food
Enjoy nommy bar bites, created by Pubbelly Group’s Chef Jose Mendin, such as Croquetas, Kale Tempura (pictured below), with a kimchi mayonnaise dipping sauce, and decadent Medjool dates wrapped with spicy butifarra and stuffed with rich crema Cabrales cheese – so delish.
