Cocktails to Sip at The Sylvester Bar in Midtown Miami

Located in the heart of Midtown, The Sylvester is a vintage eclectic cocktail and coffee bar from the fab co-owners that brought you Beaker & Gray, Bar Director Ben Potts and Chef Brian Nasajon.  The 3,400 square foot space is decked out in colorful vintage wallpaper combined with tropical touches that play up the retro vibe, and the re-purposed antique furniture creates the overall cozy and relaxed ambiance.

“We wanted to create a unique, inclusive space with something for everyone, a place where you would want to be stuck in a hurricane,” says Potts.  Scattered throughout the venue, guests will find plenty of diversion with games including a pool table, pinball machine, foosball, and plenty of board games.

The cocktail menu pays homage to old and new Miami, and features upgraded classics using next-level techniques and locally sourced sustainable ingredients.  Led by Ben Potts, the attentive bar team expertly executes the creations by Bar Managers Derek Stilmann, head of Creative, and Rani Cassuola, Operations Lead.  The menu also includes a rotating and unique wine list and as well as a selection of locally brewed craft beers.
