Recently opened Delilah – a new restaurant and lounge on the Lower East Side – opened this month with a bar program from mix master Rael Petit. And the latest entry on our 12 Drinks of Christmas in NYC to enjoy this holiday season is the Desert Christmas, one of his festive, seasonal concoctions.
Made with vodka, Singani 63 brandy, homemade ginger syrup, lime juice and allspice dram, served over crushed ice with a dust of cinnamon and clove powder. The whole thing is then garnished with a gingerbread man because: Christmas.
