This Flatiron spot is turning up the volume with their Break-Up Brunch on Saturday, February 13th as their third installment of their new party brunch, Not Your Basic Brunch. DJ Roberto Flay will be spinning classics like Kelly Clarkson’s “Since You’ve Been Gone” and Boyz II Men’s “End of the Road” while party favors will include massive Adele cut-out heads and “Single Ladies” rings.
Guests can enjoy unlimited Champagne cocktails for $19.95 (for 2 hours) to drink away the pain of their ex or toast it up to the single life while noshing on dishes like the Notorious BRG burger with Triple Pat LaFrieda Patties, Truffled Hash Browns, Smoked Pork Belly, NYS Sharp Cheddar and Sunny Egg on a Banana Jameson soaked French Toast Bun. Head to Brooklyn where McCarren Pool Rooftop is doing a Saturday night “Valentine’s Special” dance party with $10 drinks from 9PM – 2AM. DJ LoveStory & Quiana Parks will get you bumping & grinding to hip hop, R&B, dancehall and a lil trap for good measure. Who knows, maybe you can find yourself a Brooklyn babe for a last minute V-Day hook up. No cover and no RSVP needed until it reaches capacity.
Refinery Rooftop – Midtown
If you prefer booze to smooches, check out this party, “My God! You’re Fun to Kiss Drink!” From 12PM to 3PM, $60 gets you totally unlimited sparkling brunch cocktails, Bloody Mary bar and passed brunch hors d’oeuvres. This Midtown spot is hosting a Valentine’s Day Brunch with the new dating app Cheek’d on Sunday from 11:30am- 3:30pm. $29 for 1 entree and unlimited punch for 2 hours, featuring our punch of the day- Roses & Rum. Head to Soho for “Everyone Gets Lei’d” at their annual Valentine’s Tiki Party. This subterranean craft cocktail den by Tim Cooper and Justin Noel will offer up specialty Tiki Cocktails and Champagne Toasts for $10 starting at 5PM and it goes all night. No reservations are necessary, but tropical attire is certainly encouraged.
The Grey Lady – Lower East Side
This Lower East Side watering hole wants you to day party with fellow single New York boozers with an Anti-Valentine’s Day Brunch Party with cocktail & shot specials, a photo booth, Giant Jenga & DJ. There is no cover, so head over there from 12PM – 5PM
Up in the Sky
If you are lucky enough to be in the air with Delta on Valentine’s Day flying from JFK via SFO and LAX, the airline is getting flirty with ya.
