La Chimosa
Refreshing, tangy, yet sweet, with a bit of a spicy kick; Torresella Prosecco, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Mango and Serrano.
Gypsy Woman
Easy-to-drink and slightly sweet; Absolut Elyx, Lillet Blanc, St. Germain Liqueur, Lychee and Rose Prosecco.
Both low-alcohol cocktails pair nicely with Wave’s shareable vegetarian dishes, such as the outstanding Mezze Platter, and delish Greek Salad.
COBA
Potent and tasty; Gem & Bolt Mezcal, Chareau Aloe Vera, Hibiscus, Lime and Watermelon Agua Fresca; rimmed with Tajin and garnished with Pickled Watermelon Rind.
The Delia
Easy, and fun to drink; A fresh Coconut is spiked with Coconut-infused Coconut Cartel, an aged, smooth rum from Guatemala, and served with sustainable, stainless steel straw.
Frosé All Day
Served sweet and frozen; made with Rosé Wine, Skyy Vodka, Lillet Rouge, Peach and fresh Citrus.
