Bold savory flavors of the Mediterranean and Japanese cultures influence the cuisine as well as the mixology at the glamorous and vibrant MILA on Miami Beach. The chic-bohemian, rooftop restaurant and lounge is the energetic setting for a multi-sensory Sunday Funday experience. Expect theatrical table side preparations and plenty of gorgeous people-watching, all set to eclectic blends of sexy Balearic music.
Adopting the informal izakaya dining style, shareable dishes are delivered to your table at MILA’s fixed price brunch. Every guest orders a MILA signature dish as their main course. This is presided by table-sharing plates for which each guest chooses two from the Starters, Eggs and/or Robata sections.
Sunday Funday cocktails are unique to the brunch menu, but also include favorites from the regular cocktail selection. Here are some recommendations:
Shisioto
This refreshing cocktail is a more herbaceous take of classic Mojito; mixed with Plantation Rum 3 Stars Falernum, Lime, Herbs, Cucumber, and topped with Sparkling Sake.
Margarita Verde
So popular, this delish and spicy version can be found at almost every table; shaken with Mi Campo Tequila, Coriander, Spiced Passionfruit and Hellfire Bitters.
Both are good pairings for the Shrimp Cocktail starter, or the too-good-to-share Eggs Benedict -topped with Bellota ham and blood orange hollandaise sauce on brioche buns.
MILA Bloody Mary
A truly flavorful and zesty take on the brunchtail standard; made with St. George Green Chili Vodka, Fermented Fall Vegetables, Red Miso, Preserved Lemon and Plum Tomatoes.
Perfectly pairs with the scrumptious and grilled Prime Skirt -accompanied with delish creamy ponzu sauce and micro green salad, or the simple, but yummy Branzino Filet.
Espresso Martini
Always the perfect boozy treat at the end of a great meal; stirred with Remy 1738 Cognac, Espresso, Averna Amaro, Chocolate Biscotti Liqueur, and sprinkled on top with Sel De Mer (salt). Also a great choice to accompany the Nutella Waffle or the Chef’s dessert platter.
In addition to brunch beverages, you can also choose from MILA’s champagne & rose brunch specials or sip on sake.
