Drink of the Week: Elevated Outcrop at Cedar Local

This week, we head to Cedar Local and check out the Elevated Outcrop, a unique cocktail made with Snow Leopard vodka, Zirbenz Stone Pine liqueur, Suze Saveur d’ Autrefrois, coriander and green peppercorn syrup, Bitter Truth Celery Bitters and Angostura bitters.

  • 2 oz. Snow Leopard Vodka
  • 0.5 oz. Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz. Suze Saveur d’ Autrefois
  • 0.25 oz. Coriander & Green Peppercorn syrup*
  • 1 dash Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Serve stirred with a large ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wheel or peel and fresh cracked coriander and green peppercorn.
