Rusty Pelican has a deliciously new, hand-crafted cocktail program created by their talented Head Mixologist, Oscar Amaya. In addition to the specialty and classic cocktail sections, the new menu contains five different takes on the classic gin and tonic. Simply labeled Gin #1 through Gin #5 each drink is made with a different brand of the fragrant spirit and incorporates different flavors ranging from thyme & apricot and lemon & basil to passion-fruit & tarragon.
The massive waterfront restaurant and bar is located on Key Biscayne, a barrier island across from Miami. All of these fabulous cocktails can be enjoyed in the dining room as well as the bar/lounge area and on the bay side patio overlooking the downtown Miami skyline.
Here are our must-try’s to sip while enjoying the beautiful view:
Light as air and so delish, this cocktail is shaken with St. George Gin, Fresh Lime Juice, St-Germain Elderflower, homemade Rich Simple Syrup, Cucumber Bitters, Cucumber, and Egg White.
