Located southwest of Downtown Miami, in the heart of in Coral Gables, the newly opened Seek + Find restaurant offers a self-described “vibe dining” experience. This new epicurean playground combines elevated cocktail culture with casual cuisine, art and live DJ music framed by industrial design.
The Goblet of Fire cocktail is a combination of vodka, blue curacao and lemonade. It is topped with 151 proof alcohol. When lit on fire, the bartender sprinkles the flames with cinnamon, which creates the sparkle effect.
“I enjoyed all the Harry Potter movies while growing up,” shared the fiery cocktail’s creator, Seek + Find’s Head Bartender, Dayron Davilla, adding “and the one movie, Goblet of Fire, was the inspiration for this cocktail.”
Goblet of Fire Cocktail Recipe and Preparation
- 2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
- 1 oz of Blue Curacao
- Splash of Lemonade
- Shot of 151 Proof Liquor
- Fresh Ground Cinnamon
- Lemon Wheel for garnish
Add vodka and blue curacao in a mixing cup. Add ice, shake and strain into goblet glass. Top with fresh lemonade, then, float 151 proof liquor on top. Flame the cocktail and sprinkle with cinnamon to create the magical sparks.
