While fall is fast approaching, there are still a few more weeks of summer left to enjoy – and that means refreshing and delicious cocktails for those warm days and nights. One such drink is the Mrs. Harris’ Punch at L’Artusi in New York’s West Village neighborhood.
Served in a delicate teacup, Mrs. Harris’ Punch – concocted by bartender Kira Harris – is a blend of bourbon, cognac, apricot liqueur, lemon juice and peach iced tea which is boozy but also easy to sip.
“Kira Harris is a true Southern belle from North Carolina,” explains Beverage Director Anncherie Saludo. “Her punch is an ode to sipping strong “tea” while relaxing on the porch on a hot summer day.”
