Drink This Now: Pear with Me at Bar 1939 at Miami’s The National Hotel

Relax and unwind at Miami’s most refined slice of beachfront bliss. The National Hotel reigns as the cities’ beloved Art Deco era landmark and flaunts the essence of the 20th centuries’ antique style all throughout the properties’ different concepts. The Bar first opened its doors in 1940, today it proudly serves patrons delectable small plates and scrumptious cocktail offerings.

Imbibe and indulge as the hotel offers an adult-only sanctuary with an idyllic beach location, 137 spacious accommodations, and the city’s longest (and most Instagramable) infinity pool.

When you find yourself barside, opt for a Pear with Me cocktail that poses as a refreshing sweet treat. F&B Director, Alejandro Delgado describes the cocktail as “An elegant, yet exciting, libation that pairs perfectly with most palates. Pear is never overpowering, softens the amaretto and plays nice with the foam bitters. Can’t go wrong with this selection.”

Gather the group and enjoy an eclectic cocktail surrounded by one of the world’s largest art deco collections, bask in the oceanside breeze and enjoy being minutes away from the center of it all without the crowds and noise.
