Drink of The Week: Bacardi Old Cuban at Bemelman’s Bar

Bemelman’s Bar at the Carlyle Hotel is one of NYC’s most classic hangouts – and one of our favorite places to go for a sophisticated adult beverage. So it’s only fitting that one of the bar’s featured cocktails is the Bacardi Old Cuban, a simple yet exciting concoction made with Bacardi 8 Anõs, lime juice, simple syrup, champagne and bitters, topped with a mint garnish. With strong yet approachable flavors, the Bacardi Old Cuban was even included on the menu at this year’s James Beard Foundation Awards, where the biggest stars of the food and beverages world for to taste it for themselves.

Cheers!
