Drink of the Week:The Papa Doble at Daddy-O

The Drink of The Week is the Papa Doble at Daddy-O’s, on the corner of Leroy and Bedford in the West Village. And not only is this cocktail delicious, it has quite a historical background: the Papa Doble is a large drink that Hemingway drank when he was not (and likely was) writing.

Papa Doble Ingredients:

• 2 Ounces Brugal Extra Dry Rum
• 3/4 Ounces fresh lime juice
• 1/2  Ounces fresh grapefruit
• 1/2 Ounces maraschino liqueur
