The Grammys may have come and gone, but we are still loving the music-inspired menu at E.P&L.P. in West Hollywood.
Created by Beverage Director Adam Nystrom, the menu features a variety of cocktails including the Drunk in Love, made with vodka, passionfruit, grapefruit, lime and a splash of rosé champagne.
“Drunk in Love is our version of the modern classic ‘Porn Star Martini,’” explains Nystrom. “For us, it works nicely as a super approachable, fruity, citrusy cocktail that’s not too sweet. It’s fresh, brings in some SE Asian flavor with the passionfruit and is really nicely balanced. A perfect go-to for spring on our rooftop.”
Drunk in Love Recipe and Preparation
- 1.5 oz Svedka vodka
- .75 oz Speed Craft passionfruit nectar syrup
- .75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- .75 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
Build in a tin. Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe. Top with a splash of rosé Champagne. Garnish with an edible flower.
