Tom, the head bartender of Bua, shows us how to make the Smoke and Spice Margarita cocktail that is one of the best-selling items on their menu. The Smoke in this cocktail comes from the mezcal and the spice comes from the jalapeño infused tequila. This is a variation on a classic margarita.
Smoke and Spice Margarita Drink Recipe
- 0.75 oz Jalapeño-Infused Tequila
- 0.75 oz Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Cocchi Americano
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Cocktail recipe instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients into a tin and then shake the cocktail until cold. Strain over ice into a rocks glass, that that has a salt rim. Then garnish with a cucumber slice and a fresh jalapeno slice.
