The weather is warming up and NYC Bartender, Rafael, of Wilfie and Nell shows us how to make the El Pucho cocktail. This is a shaken mezcal cocktail that is perfect for Spring. If you don’t live in New York City, you can definitely make this cocktail at home you will just need to infuse the agave with habanero.
El Pucho drink recipe
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 2 Cucumber Muddle
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Agave Habanero
- Fresh Lime Juice
This is a shaken cocktail, so you will be building this is a tin. Add the Antica, Campari, Simple Syrup, Lime Juice, and Grapefruit juice in the shaking tin. Add ice. Then give it a good shake. Pour into a rocks glass. Top with ice. Garnish with a cucumber and mint.
