Chef Helene Henderson opened her first East Coast location of her popular farm-to-fork dining destination, Malibu Farm, on Miami Beach at the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc. Located in the heart of Mid Beach and directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, guests can sip on handcrafted cocktails, featuring infused organic agaves, fresh squeezed juices and local produce, while taking in the oceanfront view.
Here is a selection of fruit juice-inspired cocktails to savor along with Malibu Farm’s organic and locally sourced dishes:
Cocktails at Malibu Farm Miami Beach
This light and easy-to-drink cocktail is mixed with Cucumber-infused Ketel One Vodka, watermelon, lime and basil.
A tart, yet richly flavored cocktail stirred with Honeybush Tea-infused 1792 Bourbon, agave and grapefruit.
Proof that where there’s ‘smoke’ there’s fire, this fiery spiced take on the margarita is shaken with Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Shisito Pepper, Chipotle Pepper, agave and lime with a chili salt rim.
Tasty and refreshing, this cocktail is made with Botanist Gin, Prosecco, Rosemary, Pear, Agave and Lemon Juice. Shown alongside the brick oven baked Cauliflower Crust Pizza –with mozzarella, heirloom tomato, pesto, arugula and roasted cauliflower.
Another must-try is the delish Avocado Pizza or Chicken Ricotta Burger served on a brioche bun -with bacon, tomato, red onion, spicy aioli and arugula.
Wine lovers will enjoy watching the sunset at the beachside Malibu Farm with a chilled Pinot Noir, such as Etude from California’s renowned Carneros region, by the glass or bottle.
