The Irish whiskey will be flowing at Costata on Thursday, May 1, when Chef Michael White‘s Soho steakhouse hosts a special five-course Irish whiskey pairing dinner with crudo, pastas, steak, dessert, and six whiskey pairings for $175 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
The event will feature pairings chosen by Jameson Irish Whiskey‘s East Coast brand ambassador Megan Kenny and will feature specially created menu items including: Sea Scallop crudo paired with Green Spot Single Pot Still, Casarecci Puttanesca served with Jameson Gold Reserve and a 40-day dry-aged Tomahawk steak complimented by Power’s Johns Lane Release.
