Frozen Paloma at Playa Betty’s

Summer is officially upon us, so cool off with our drink of the week: Frozen Paloma at Playa Betty’s on the Upper West Side. The traditional Paloma is a tequila-based cocktail, and is most commonly prepared with tequila and grapefruit-flavored soda such as Fresca, Squirt, or Jarritos and served on the rocks with a lime wedge.

Playa Betty’s took this recipe and turned it into a slushy!

Frozen Paloma

• Cuervo Tradicional Silver
• Grapefruit
• Lime

Served in a rocks glass with a pink peppercorn-salted rim.
