Generator Miami: Best New Boozy Brunch on South Beach

Located on South Beach’s legendary Collins Avenue, Generator Miami is the first US destination of Europe’s fastest-growing hostel brand. Like the hostel, the décor of its restaurant lounge, The Jim & Neesie, blends a playful Floridian aesthetic and a touch of Cuban spice with contemporary design.

And, thanks to their talented Executive Chef Chef Daniel Roy and his team, The Jim & Neesie is Miami Beach’s best new destination for a boozy Sunday Funday brunch.

Bloody Mary

Zesty and tasty; mixed with Absolut Elyx Vodka and Housemade Spicy Mary Mix.  A good match for the Breakfast Burrito or The Burger topped with Grafton white cheddar and caramelized onions.

Aperol Spritz

A refreshing, Low ABV cocktail that’s easy-to-drink; made with Aperol Apertivio, Lovo Prosecco and Club Soda.  Pair perfectly with the delish Tostada Chilaquiles (featured image, above)– tomatillo salsa, chicken, sunny side up eggs, and black bean puree topped with radish, cilantro and queso fresco.

Sweet and bubbly; made with Spanish Cava and fresh squeezed Orange Juice.  Pairs nicely with delectable French Toast with fresh berries and seasonal fruit served with delish bourbon-thyme maple syrup.

Frozen Irish Coffee

Potent and frosty; blended with Teeling Irish Whiskey, The Irishman Irish Cream, St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur and Wells Cold Brew.  Hot, non-alcoholic coffees, from Espresso to Cappuccino, also available.
