Seventies Sundays – Getting The Band Back Together at Golden Cadillac

Have any plans for Sunday night? Now you do!

That’s because Golden Cadillac, the East Village ’70s-inspired bar and restaurant, is hosting their second Seventies Sundays event this Sunday, February 16 from 5-7pm, featuring former PDT mixologists and opening managers Don Lee and John Deragon.

Getting the Band Back Together – the cute and kitschy name for Sunday’s festivities – is a fundraiser for the Museum of Food & Drink, and will feature Lee, who is now the beverage director at Golden Cadillac, and Deragon back behind the bar together for the first time in three years.

Come join them as they create their unique takes on drinks like the Bay Breeze and the Buttery Nipple while answering nerdy cocktails questions (molecular mixology, anyone?) with the help of celebrity barback Dave Arnold ofBooker and Dax .

Sponsored by Jameson Irish Whiskey, Beefeater Gin, Malibu Rum and Kahlua Liqueur, all proceeds from the $8 drink specials will be donated to the Museum of Food & Drink.
