For World Gin Day, June 8th, we looked to London, cities in Spain, and other parts of the gin-loving world for where the clear and botanically infused spirit is used in its best cocktail form, the Gin and Tonic aka G&T. Although most commonly known for its piney taste, when distilled with juniper berries, gin has a whole range of flavor profiles, including citrusy.
Combined with one of the varieties of premium tonic water, gin transforms into the ultimate refreshing summertime cocktail – the G&T. Here, some excellent G&Ts at bars from international gin-drinking destinations.
