The Governor’s Ball Music Festival is one of our very favorite events of the year. In only 6 short years, Founders Entertainment has built Gov Ball into one of the biggest and best music festivals in the world. Since this music festival belongs to NYC, you know Gov Ball has to deliver to a very spoiled audience and bring it with the very best artists, the best food and of course, the best drinks!
Of course, there is beer, adorable stackable wines and a super cool Bacardi Stage but the VIPs get the serious drinks. This year, The Late Late Bar partnered up to serve up Moët Champagne varieties -Moët Imperial, Rosé and a Pimms Cup strictly available in the VIP areas across the festival.

But our real happy place year after year has been a magical area tucked around the corners of the main Gov Ball Stage called “The Freeloaders Lounge” where Don Julio brings out the big guns of the bar community and rolls up in the super cool Don Julio Airstream Speakeasy. Artists, celebrities and special festival guests are treated to drinks by some of the most celebrated bartenders who are celebrities in their own right. TheDon Julio Airstream Speakeasy schedule for Gov Ball 2016 is below … and although Sunday got cancelled, we must say that hanging with this All-Star crew Friday & Saturday (and getting to sip on 1942) pretty much made up for missing out on Kanye.
