On the second day of Christmas… all we dreamed about was the Grasshopper at Butterfly NYC.
The Butterfly’s chef Michael White and master mixologist Eben Freeman’s much-adored Wisconsin-style supper club in Tribeca – is getting accolades for its creative cocktails. And for good reason- they have a fantastic menu with lots of fun concoctions. For the holiday season, we are loving the Grasshopper at The Butterfly.
Grasshopper Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- Tempus Fugit
- Crème de Menthe
- Crème de Cacao
- Clarified milk punch
- Optional: drops of hazelnut/almond-flavored pandan extract (served in a dropper bottle)
Preparation
Mix Tempus Fugit, Crème de Menthe, Crene de Cacao, clarified milk punch over ice. Add drops of pandan extract for added flavor and green coloring. Enjoy!
