“Each signature cocktail features a botanical from a different region of the world,” said Heather Griffith, a bartender at Flight Club Las Vegas, located inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
Since Flight Club Las Vegas draws its inspiration from the Victorian Fairgrounds—of which carousels are a huge part—the signature cocktail menu has been thoughtfully crafted to create a carousel of real and mythical animals, which share origins and symbology with the botanicals they represent.
From The Butterfly to The Panda, all of the botanical-driven cocktails are “unique based on their pairing of ingredients, presentation, and the select vessels they are served in,” Griffith said.
