We all have a similar story – shots of Jägermeister at a college frat party, or even mixed with Red Bull. But we have (mostly) grown up, and so has Jägermeister. If you are out and want to try a Jäger craft cocktail for yourself, you can try the The Inside Scoop at The Third Man in Alphabet City, which is a Jäger, yellow chartreuse root beer float. Seamstress on the Upper East Side has the Province, an herbal liqueur-heavy cocktail and Amor y Amargo in the East Village is serving up The Bachelorette with absinthe, aged rum and Jägermeister.
It you happen by the Garret in the West Village and want a drink to end your night then you should order the Seriously Ain’t Fancy, that is a throwback to the shots that I took on my 21st birthday, that includes Jägermeister, Fireball, Jameson, and tequila.

Other Jägermeister Cocktail Recipe’s
Jager Ginger
Ingredients
- 1.5 FL OZ Jagermeister
- 1/4 Lime
- 1-2 slices of cucumber
- Cold Ginger Beer
- Ice Cubes
Take a long drink glass (2qt) and fill up at least halfway with ice; pour in Jager, then squeeze the 1/8th of lime over, and fill up with ginger beer. Give it a quick stir and then finish it off with the cucumber.
Jager Raspberry
- 1.5 FL OZ Jagermeister
- Raspberry Syrup
- Soda Water
- Lemon
- Ice
Fill a long glass with ice. Pour in Jager, add the raspberry syrup and the fresh lemon juice. Top with a small slice of lemon and serve.
Black Mojito
- 1.5 FL OZ Jagermeister
- Fresh Mint
- Sugar Syrup Soda to Top
- Ice Cubes
Squeeze the lime slices into a long drink glass, add the fresh mint and a hint of the simple syrup. Fill up with ice cubes and then pour in the jager, add soda and stir.

- 12.5 ML Gomme Syrup
- Pinch of Salt, Pepper, Paprika
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 TSP Mediterranean Herbs
