How to Make a Jefferson Fizz by Derrick Turner of Harding’s NYC

Derrick Turner of Harding’s shows us how to make his Jefferson Fizz. This is a shaken egg white cocktail with two different types of rum and muddled fruit.

Harding’s Jefferson Fizz

  • 1 oz Denison rum
  • 1 oz Cruzan Rum
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Blueberries
  • Egg white

Muddle blueberries into mixer tin add the contents except for the egg white into a shaker and shake over ice. Strain contents back into shaker then add an egg white. Then wet shake the contents to get the fizz. Pour into a glass and garnish with blueberries.
