Coyote Ugly hiring “outgoing” girls in cowboy boots
Whether it’s your favorite bar, or your favorite bar to hate, one thing is for sure: Coyote Ugly is going strong and looking for more staff. A Craigslist ad via EV Grieve puts out the request for “female bartenders with a positive attitude and outgoing attitude.” Interestingly, the ad also mentions that no bartending experience is necessary and that Coyote Ugly will train the “right” (ahem…prettiest and most scantily clad) girls while touting the possibility “to be on TV, travel all over the world and make great cash”. And ladies – don’t forget your cowboy boots!

EST Brewing Company and 508 GastroBrewery debut Coffee & Donut Stout
First, they created Brooklyn Brew Shop’s gallon-sized brew kits. And now, Erica Shea and Stephen Valand have created EST Brewing Company and teamed up with Chris Cuzme from 508 GastroBrewery in the West Village to release Coffee & Donut Stout, their first big batch brew. Using Brooklyn Roasting Company coffee beans, coconut flakes and brown sugar, the team has created a delicious dark and creamy winter brew. The dark-roasted stout debuted at a jazz-filled launch party earlier this week but is now available by the glass at 508 GastroBrewery.
