Head To Haus Nightclub For Serious Cocktails and All-Night Dancing

Long gone is the era of classic New York City dance clubs. Sure there are a few spots you can go to dance but let’s be honest mostly there are table spots where you need to club up on a couch and risk breaking an ankle to get your twerk on.  And the places where you can actually dance would never be the same place you go for a decent cocktail – vodka soda or beer only please.  Haus Nightclub & Lounge – now officially open – aims to change all that.

Taking over the former Canal Room space in the 100-year old Brunner Building, Haus has 5,300 square feet of space for you to get busy.  Aiming to create a vibe where you can go for after-work drinks, to dinner, to an all out dance-like-no-one-is-watching party, Haus is targeting a more mature crowd that still likes to party.  Understanding that quality cocktails and drinks are critical to discerning New Yorkers. Haus enlisted the insanely talented Rael Petit as lead mixologist to ensure that super duper amazing drinks are in the house.

We recently checked out the space which is very ornate  with modern chandeliers and heavy on the neon, it says sleek but in a fun way.

Rael Petit says of cocktail program at Haus, “When creating the cocktail program at Haus I wanted to be experimental and innovative but keep it fun and approachable with cocktails using my own stencil art and a boozy milkshake topped with my favorite candy.”

While they are still working on the cocktail menus and drink offerings, but trust us, if you like to bust a move and love really, really good cocktails with your house music … add Haus to your party repertoire.
