Kiki Mule at Kiki on the River

In case you havent’ noticed, the Moscow Mule is popping up on menus all over the country – and no wonder: it’s a refreshing and boozy cocktail, ideal for summer sipping. Now, Miami’s own Kiki on The River has a version of the drink, the Kiki Mule made with vodka, mango puree and some cayenne pepper for an extra kick.

“The Kiki Mule is a twist on the popular cocktail Moscow Mule in which we use seasonal fruit juice – Miami mangos purée in this case – and serve in our branded ceramic mug to keep it cold and refreshing,” explains Kiki’s Beverage Director, Sergio Rueda.

Kiki Mule at Kiki on the River Miami

  • 2 oz. Ketel One Vodka
  • 1.5 oz. mango purée and mango juice mix
  • .5 oz. lime and lemon juice
  • Fever Tree ginger beer
  • Cayenne pepper

Mix vodka with mango puree and lime and lemon juice. Top off with ginger beer. Add cayenne pepper and garnish with a candied mango and lime wedge.
