Komodo Miami: Cocktail + Dine Guide for Miami Spice 2019

Miami Spice, a two-month-long summer restaurant event, is ending September 30, 2019.  Don’t miss your opportunity to feast at David Grutman’s Asian-inspired eatery and celeb hotspot, Komodo, and a Miami Spice participating restaurant.

It is also an excellent opportunity to explore Komodo’s cocktail menu along with its special prixe fix, three-course meals featuring signature dishes, such as Komodo Fried Chicken.

Cocktails at Komodo Miami

Golden Geisha

Tito’s Vodka, Raspberry, Apple and Lemon with Gold Leaf garnish.

Pikachu

Avion Silver Tequila, Wasabi Honey Shrub and Yuzu.

The Secret Garden

Havana Club Rum, Guava, Pineapple, Yuzu Sake and Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut.

Ginger Passion Fruit Mule

Belvedere Vodka, Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur, Yuzu and Passion Fruit, topped off with Mio Sparkling Sake.

It’s also worth noting that guests who experience the Miami Spice menu have the option of adding a Sommelier’s Selected Wine Pairing, which includes sake, rosé, red and dessert wines paired with each course at $29.

After drinks, and your first two prixe fix courses, do wisely opt for Bananas in a Pagoda -bruléed banana topped with salted dolce caramel, chocolate sauce and candied hazelnut, as your sweet finish.
