We asked Frank Savoy, Corporate Director of Food and Beverage, how he dreamed up this lemony delight, and he shared: “The Lemon Meringue Martini is my French twist on the traditional eggnog. It’s not as heavy and we use California lemons, it’s so refreshing.”
Lemon Meringue Martini Recipe and Preparation
- 2oz Limoncello
- 0.75 oz Kettle One Citroen Vodka
- 1.25 Fresh Lemonade
- 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half & Half
Place ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Then, strain in to martini glass. Garnish with bay leaf and/or lemon wheel.
