Beaches Weho Re-Opens With All New Party Vibe

West Hollywood may be miles from the ocean, but over at Beaches Weho, the vibe is as sexy and salty as ever.

The Beaches brand was born out of the locational real estate expertise of Matt Flinn, the creativity and ingenuity of Rene Aleksander Carta, Allan Troy and the management plus staffing stylings of Logan Michael Carta with this high return property investments in 2021. Relaunched this October, West Hollywood Beaches is a strong conceptually driven and fashionable LGBTQ+ focused hybrid restaurant and lounge.

Thoughtfully designed and curated, the location and design pays homage to the nostalgia of 80’s Miami disco culture and adds a little Cuban spice for good measure. The venue boasts palm leaf walls, mirrored accents, an Instagram worthy neon sign and multiple TVs playing the hottest clips and music videos. The ceiling are also adorned with scantily clad scuba men.

To celebrate the re-opening, Beaches Weho recently hosted its “Glow Up” event in conjunction with Project Contrast. VIP guests including Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, Tyler Oakley, Scott Hoying, Nicky Whelan, Fabriq and Pepi Sonuga toasted the new space while enjoying free-flowing cocktails and the beats of DJs Aaron Colbert and Derek Monteiro.

The parties continue with the public every night with weekly theme nights including #FetchWednesdays inspired by “Mean Girls,” #BaewatchFridays and #SaunaSundays. Expect live DJs, go-go dancers and lots of sexy servers keeping the hype up.

Along with its infectious energy, Beaches Weho boasts a fun, cheeky cocktail menu. Standout drinks include the Drunk N’ Luv made with watermelon vodka, lemon juice and watermelon juice, the Havana Night made with Bacardi Spice, simple syrup, lime juice, mint and pineapple and the Shady Beach made with Aperol and Brut Champagne. And what would a beach party be without frozen drinks? Order the Glow Up Fruit Puree Floater, the Basic Beach Rum or the Basic Beach Vodka and try to finish it without a brain freeze. Come during happy hour from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily where all frozen drinks are half off.

On the food menu you’ll find a mix of classic bar fare and healthy California-inspired dishes including Grilled Vegetable Crudité, Cubano Sandwich, the vegan “Impossible” burger, the Taco Trio, Beaches signature nachos and Crispy Cauliflower Bites.

Unlike most bars on the boystown strip, Beaches Weho also serves up brunch from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. featuring $17 bottlemless mimosas and classic dishes such as Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict and Chicken +  Waffles.

As the Beaches Weho motto says “be wild, free and look good doing it.”
