Lotus Eater at Boilermaker

With the Rio 2016 Olympics in full-swing, we are all about cachaça. So we couldn’t resist the Lotus Eater at Boilermaker, created by Samuel Gauthier, a mix of cachaça, cognac, lime and orange juices and cinnamon syrup. Lotus Eater Ingredients and Recipe:

Drink of the Week: Lotus Eater Boilermaker

  • 2 oz cachaça
  • 0.5 oz cognac
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.75 oz cinnamon syrup (steep 2 cinnamon sticks in a pint of water for 20min and add an equal measure of white sugar)

Blend on High with 10-12oz of ice. Pour into a tall glass and top with 1/2oz of coldbrew coffee concentrate.
